With a rich background in customer success and business strategy, Belinda has led teams at Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Square, LinkedIn, and now Microsoft.

She specializes in cross-team collaboration and driving impact at scale. Outside of work, she’s a passionate mentor, community volunteer, and full-time mom of two.

Dominic is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in public service, strategic planning, and transformation. He’s held key leadership roles at the Canada Revenue Agency and holds a Master’s Degree in Public

Administration along with certifications in change and project management.

Now as Executive Director of BEN, he’s focused on empowering Black professionals and building systems that support lasting change and leadership excellence.
